This Privacy Policy explains how WePix Digital Media LLP("WePix", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use BrandMargin (the "Service"). By using the Service, you consent to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Account & brand details: your name, email address, phone number, brand name, brand category, and website, which you provide at sign-up.
Product data: the costs, prices, and assumptions you enter to run calculations, and the results we generate.
Payment data: when you upgrade, payment is handled by Razorpay. We receive a transaction confirmation but do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details.
Usage data: standard analytics (e.g. pages viewed, device type) via tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.

2. How we use your information

To provide and improve the Service; to save and display your products; to process your Pro upgrade; to communicate with you about your account and relevant WePix products and services; and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing with third parties

We use trusted service providers to operate the Service, including Supabase (database and authentication), Razorpay (payments), GoHighLevel (CRM and communications), and analytics providers. These providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, analytics, and advertising measurement (including the Meta Pixel). You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5. Data security & retention

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Access to your saved products is restricted to your account. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal requirements.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. We will respond in accordance with applicable Indian data-protection law.

7. Children

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
