Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made on BrandMargin, operated by WePix Digital Media LLP("WePix", "we", "us").
1. Nature of the product
BrandMargin is a digital software service. The Pro upgrade (₹99) is a one-time purchase that unlocks digital features instantly upon successful payment. There is no physical product and therefore no shipping or delivery involved — access is granted immediately within your account.
2. Refunds
Because the Pro upgrade grants immediate access to digital features, payments are generally non-refundable. However, we want you to be satisfied. If you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same upgrade, or did not receive access after a successful payment, contact us within 7 days of the transaction and we will investigate and issue a full refund where appropriate.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@wepix.in from your registered email address with your payment reference / Razorpay order ID and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
4. Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once initiated, it typically takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Cancellation
The Pro upgrade is a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription, so there is nothing to cancel for future billing. You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time by contacting us.
